Water access in Haiti: what the average conceals

Nearly three quarters of Haitians have water access. The average is true. It is misleading. 87.5% of samples in the metropolitan area are contaminated. 1.22% of the sanitation budget was executed in 2023-2024. Access, potability and functionality are three different things.
